Synergy is a small practice in an office building of sorts. In spite of the 200 address you’ll find the office on the first floor tucked away in a corner. The massage therapist, Ashley, who owns the business is a professional and competent provider. The pros of the location: evening hours for working people, incredibly clean and comfortable setting, considerate and capable massage therapist. I was able to relax and turn my mind off which is a minor miracle and was grateful to be able to use a groupon to reduce the cost. A typical hour long deep tissue massage at synergy is listed at $55 but groupons are significantly lower so check it out. Also, I was emailed ahead of my scheduled appointment to fill out an intake form meaning I did not need to do any paperwork the day of my massage which was such a cool benefit- it made me feel like I was relaxing and not delving into the tedium of medical whatnot. Props to synergy.
I came to Ashley’s studio with a last minute appointment and it was the best thing that could have happened! I try to get a massage once a month but I’ve yet to find a place I want to go back to regularly. I instantly told Ashley afterwards she is now going to be my place of choice! Not only is the price just right but she knows what she’s doing. She listens to what your problem areas are and focuses on them. She knows the pressure points and how to balance out the body! I can’t wait to go back!
Ashley was very personable and a sweet person and for the money gave me a great message. Greeted me at the door and made me feel comfortable right away. Great pressure and she was able to work over all my problem areas… I felt great after, and the price is right. I recommend her as I this was my first experience in fort Myers I’m glad I picked Ashley…
