Founded in 2017, our practice was established by a mental health counselor who understood the connection between the mind and body. He combined his clinical expertise with clinical massage to create an integrated wellness center.
By 2023, Synergy Massage Therapy won “Best Of Florida Regional Award” recognized for their excellence in delivering quality health care to the community.
We specialize in medical massage, sports injury/rehab cases, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and certified in assisted stretching. We also have experienced and highly qualified chiropractors on-site if you are also in need of any spinal adjustments.
We are located inside “The Chiropractic Place” at 7051 Cypress Terrace, Suite #106, Fort Myers, FL 33907. We are by appointment only.
We offer a comprehensive range of evidence-informed services, therapeutic treatments, and high-quality products designed to support the body’s natural healing processes, calm and refocus the mind, and promote whole-person wellness. Our goal is to ensure that each patient experiences the full therapeutic benefit that medical massage and integrative care can provide.
Meet Our Team
Arny specializes in working with medical patients ranging from sports related injuries, chronic disabilities, and the vast mental health spectrum (anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, ADHD) across 15+ years of clinical experience. Since 2019, he has been teaching at Florida Academy where he shares his knowledge and skills to prepare the next generation of therapists. Arny currently holds a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2013), B.L.S. in Clinical Psychology, minor in Business Administration (2010), License Massage Therapy (since 2019), and CEO & Founder of Synergy Massage Therapy LLC (since 2017).
