I was a 911 Disptacher for many years and I accumulated alot of stress, which showed up as high blood pressure, anxiety attacks, and a rapid heart beat. I deceided to leave that profession and do what I really had a passion for. Holistic Health Care !

 

Graduating from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in July of 2007, with 756 hours, I am Wisconsin State Licensed and Nationally Certified with the National Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). I also hold a Personal Trainers Certification through the International Fitness Association (IFA) This gives me the ability to prescribe exercises to my clients.

October of 2007, I returned to Lakeside School of Massage Therapy to continue my education, in Anatomy, Exercise Physiology & Nutrition, Exercise Testing & Prescription, Orthopedic Testing, and Pharmacology & Massage and more!

I am a proud member and carry liability insurance through the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA)

I have taken several continuing education courses in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Acupressure, Crainial Sacral Therapy, Nutrition and Chemistry and Herbal Preperation. I am also currently working very hard to receive my Naturopathic Degree from Herbal Healer Academy, Inc.
